About Me

My Story

I didn’t set out to be “a designer” in the traditional sense. What drew me in was the possibility of solving problems that matter—and doing it in a way that puts people at the heart of every decision.

That belief crystallised during my Master’s project, where I worked side by side with children with cerebral palsy. It wasn’t about designing for them, but with them—listening to their ideas, understanding their needs, and creating together. That experience taught me what empathy in design really looks like, and it’s been the compass guiding my work ever since.

The Journey

From there, my path took on many forms. I ran my own small business, taught and mentored learners, and juggled multiple professional contracts at once. It was a hectic season—but also one of growth. Each role pushed me to adapt quickly, think creatively, and balance competing priorities while never losing sight of the people I was designing for.

Those moments taught me resilience, flexibility, and the value of collaboration. They also cemented my love for the craft: blending learning design, user experience, web design, and accessibility into outcomes that are not only functional but meaningful.

Today

Now, I bring that mix of creativity, problem‑solving, and empathy into every project I take on. Whether it’s building digital tools, shaping learning experiences, or designing interfaces, my focus is always the same: to create solutions that connect people with ideas, and ideas with impact.

My Approach

  • Human‑centred design: every decision starts with people
  • Flexibility: adapting quickly to new challenges
  • Collaboration: working closely with teams and stakeholders
  • Detail: delivering thoughtful and well‑finished results

What drives me

At the end of the day, design is about connection. It’s about making technology feel human, turning ideas into experiences, and ensuring those experiences are clear, purposeful, and accessible to everyone.

Let’s collaborate. If you’re looking for a creative partner who leads with empathy and delivers with impact, I’d love to connect.
